We also accept payment offline via check or money order. Please contact us and let us know what you want. We'll get back to you right away with payment instructions. Promise!

If you gotta have it right now, you might also want to check out our growing retail presence. If your favorite iPod accessory-related retail store doesn't carry PodShop products, please accept our apology - and then contact them and tell them to do so!

Processing & Shipping.

Processing.

Orders placed before 8:00 AM CST Monday through Saturday are usually acknowledged, processed, and shipped the same day.

To process our credit card orders, we use PayPal. Keep in mind that you do not have to have a registered PayPal account to complete your purchase online. PayPal is simply the merchant that we use to collect online payments.

You can pay for your order by credit card, make an eCheck payment, or by using your PayPal account - all of which are handled safely, quickly, and securely through the PayPal website.

Shipping.

All orders are shipped worldwide for free. That's right, no charge.

We use The United States Postal Service (USPS) almost exclusively for our orders (both domestic and international). The USPS is the most cost effective and efficient shipping provider for the size and weight of our package deliveries.

If you order on Sunday, nothing happens. Just kidding. Sunday orders are shipped out on Monday. Hey, it's not our fault the USPS doesn't work on Sundays.

Oh yeah, and when the USPS doesn't deliver due to holidays, we can't help that either. Your order will go out the next applicable shipping day.

Domestic deliveries are handled via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive within three to five business days from the shipping date; international deliveries via USPS First Class International within five to ten business days.

With our First Class Mail shipping via USPS, we provide Delivery Confirmation on all domestic orders.

iDrops worked very well. I bought a black iPod and, unfortunately, did not protect it with anything. After one week it was all scratched. Ordered iDrops and fixed it. The product works better if you buff harder.

Wow, this stuff is great! At first no scratches were coming out, so I e-mailed PodShop for advice. Using their suggestions, I tried again, and now barely have any scratches. This product requires a lot of patience, but it works. Also the guys working customer service are great. Highly recommended!!
